If you are trying to get your Cholesterol-LDL down and your Cholesterol-HDL up then you have come to the right place. 

This is where you can share your experiences of medicines, doctors, foods, exercise and media related thereto. 

You are not alone - particularly if you are over 50 and live in the West - you may even be in the majority within this social group!

Just to state what to most readers will be self-evident: I am not any kind of medical or dietary expert and I expect many bloggers will fall into the same category so please remember that we are just exchanging opinions. I will put some links on the site to experts in the field and if we are able to attract comments from any experts, could they please explain their qualifications?
